• Day 1: Understand & Explore: Gather information, define the challenge, and conduct a design audit through stakeholder interviews (screenshot lecture notes).
• Day 2: Sketch: Explore solutions individually through sketching.
• Day 3: Decide & Focus: Share and refine ideas through techniques like affinity mapping, HMW voting, and empathy mapping.
• Day 4: Prototype: Build a realistic prototype using tools like Marvel Prototyping.
• Day 5: Validate: Conduct user testing with the prototype to gather feedback and validate the design direction.
